Prospective residents make a park application and pay an application fee. The process takes less than 24 hours if all documents are present at the time of application. Park management will conduct a criminal background check and verify job, rental history and resident meets minimum.
For renters - no pets allowed. For owners - 1 pet allowed. Dogs must be 25 pounds or less. No vicious breeds.
Based on availability, we offer a limited number of clean well-conditioned 2 & 3 bedroom homes for rent. Home rents range from $795 to $1,195 per month plus water, sewer, and trash.
All residents make rent payments online and can set up auto pay, make one time payments or walk cash into one of our affiliated pay lease locations in town.
YES & YES!!! We currently have singlewide lots available to accommodate any home size, offer up to $3000 toward the cost of relocating a home along with no lot rent for 90 days. Prior to allowing a home into the park, park management will require photos of the home exterior or conduct a physical exterior inspection of the home. Minimum year is a 1980. Ask our park manager for more information and to set a time to pick your lot!
